Remember what it was like to say goodbye to London? The LGAC wants to make the transition home a little easier and is pleased to introduce the WELCOME HOME NETWORK.

The Network is the LGAC’s way of saying “Welcome Home” to residents of Goodenough College who are returning to Canada. We want to make them aware of the LGAC’s activities, but the more important goal is to lend them a helping hand as they re-adjust to life in Canada. We’re inviting members of the LGAC of all ages and all regions in Canada to sign up as Network volunteers. As a volunteer, you will be paired with one or more returning residents who might share a professional or academic interest of yours or who might simply want to hear about your experiences in London and after your own return home.

Contribute as much or as little as you want. It could be as simple as a friendly chat over a cup of coffee or some welcome advice on career or academic options. If you have questions, or if you want to sign up, contact Elder Marques at elder.marques@utoronto.ca or by phone at 416 531 4602.
